Most interior shutter orders ship within 10 working days. "Special Savings & Quick Shipping" traditional shutter panels are usually shipped within 3 working days.

On occasion, we may be temporarily out of a component required to complete your order. However, because we mill and manufacture all wood components from a large inventory of lumber on hand, any delay in production is minimal. We will do our best to keep you advised of any delay.

Orders are usually shipped by Fed Ex Ground. The packing and shipping charge is 8.5% of the order total (minimum $15.00).

The above applies to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states. Actual shipping charges (as determined by the carrier) for orders shipped beyond the continental U.S. will be charged to the customer's credit card once shipped.

Orders will be shipped by common carrier instead of Fed Ex Ground if the size of the order or particular circumstances lead us to determine that another method would be necessary, more timely, and/or cost effective.

Because we do not control carriers' schedules, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Shipping to a business address normally results in quicker delivery than to a residence. Common carrier delivery is usually to your front door. If you require an unusual delivery, such as carrying cartons up flights of stairs, the carrier may charge you additional fees.
